Mini Sausage Cups

 
Mini Sausage Cups are simple, yet elegant, making them a perfect choice for everything from football parties to supper clubs.  

There are only three ingredients in the mixture, which makes it a nice appetizer you can throw together in a flash!

Mini Sausage/Cheese Cups

3 pkgs mini fillo cups
1 lb. ground sausage 
2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Prepared Ranch dressing 
diced olives (optional)

Brown sausage and drain.  Combine all ingredients except fillo cups in a small bowl and mix well.  (I used 3-4 T. or a little more of Ranch, til mixture was a nice consistency and sausage was coated).  

Place fillo cups on a cookie sheet and fill with sausage mixture.  
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or so. 

**You can also flash freeze these by filling cups, placing on cookie sheet, place in freezer until frozen, then transfer into freezer ziplocs for an easy, pull-out-of-the-freezer-appetizer!

Wow these sound so amazing!! Where do you get the little cups though?
