30 Days of Thankfulness 2011-Day 18

I am thankful for my friends!  Some friends go all the way back to preschool, and we are still in touch today! 
Friends have truly been my lifeline since we have never had family in town.  
I love how each friend serves a different, but equally wonderful purpose in our lives, whether it's encouragement, a shared hobby or interest, kids the same age, blog friends, etc!  
I bet there is a friend or two that you haven't spoken to in a long time. What a blessing it would be to you both if you  pick up the phone and call her this week, or write her a letter, or even make plans to get together!
